Hi team,
I am currently experiencing a persistent 504 Gateway Timeout when trying to query the STAC API search endpoint (/api/stac/v1/search).
Everything else appears to be running normally. The root API loads quickly, the main Planetary Computer website is up, and direct access to the blob storage works without any issues. The problem is isolated strictly to the search tier. Whenever a request is sent to the search endpoint, it hangs for about 30 seconds before failing entirely. The error response includes headers indicating that Azure Front Door is dropping the connection because the backend is not responding.
This outage is currently stalling my geospatial diagnostic workflows. Could someone take a look and see if the database needs a reset or a scaling adjustment?
Thanks for your help with this.
Best,
Vaidic
