Bug description

Could not find org.processing:utils:4.5.6, therefore unable to build root

Followed the following document: https://github.com/processing/processing4/tree/main/java/gradle

Steps to reproduce this

1. Create a new gradle project

2. Use the org.processing.java plugin

3. Try to build
