[PWGJE] Update MC efficiency process for Ds-tagged jets

The changes:

• reorganize the processing of particle- and detector-level Ds-tagged jets;
• process matched and unmatched MCP and MCD jets independently;
• add matching-status and prompt/non-prompt classifications;
• add a response histogram for matched MCP–MCD jet pairs;
• revise the MC collision and jet counters.
