Summary

  • Convert Group C services to TypeScript: Billing, CarrierAccount, CarrierMetadata, and CarrierType.
  • Preserve existing service APIs and runtime behavior.

Validation

  • npm run typescript
  • npm run build
  • Targeted Group C service tests
