Agent Control Language describes languages that tell capable autonomous agents what to do and how to do it. This can include goals, constraints, priorities, task order, delegation, and execution rules, without defining how the agent itself is built.

Curating 'agent-control-language' would give GitHub projects working on this kind of agent direction and coordination a shared topic, making them easier to find and group together.
