Replace assets/siteinfo/items_all.json with the upstream snapshot from invokable/laravel-fullfeed@1e1228e (resources/fullfeed/items_all.json, blob 91fd005). Add the corresponding v26.09 (Release Date: TBD) entry to doc/VERSIONS.
