Re-evaluated after the new commit (f08ca2c, Document fx CLI setup). The update only adds more Mintlify documentation:

• reference/cli/mcp.mdx: add fx as a kernel mcp install target, example, and HTTP transport note
• reference/mcp-server/clients/fx.mdx: add a CLI install section and split connect/auth commands

The full PR remains documentation-only (4 files, +51/−2):

• New fx MCP client page
• One docs.json nav entry
• One mention on the MCP overview card
• CLI target reference updates

Why Very Low (unchanged)

• Docs-only; no application, auth, billing, or infrastructure code
• Small, isolated surface with no production logic or shared-system changes
• No CODEOWNERS file in this repo, so no required owner review
• Incremental change after the prior approval does not increase blast radius or risk
