par_p5 read its low byte from index 10 (par_p1's LSB) instead of index
4, leaving index 4 unread. Bosch's BME690 API pairs S_C_MSB/S_C_LSB at
5/4.

par_h1 and par_h5 are 12-bit signed; the port carried over the BME680's
unsigned treatment, so any coefficient with bit 11 set read as a large
positive.

get_power_mode returned CONF_T_P_MODE_ADDR unmasked. set_power_mode's
wait could never block, since get_power_mode reassigns self.power_mode
as a side effect. FORCED_MODE self-clears to SLEEP_MODE, so only
SLEEP_MODE is waited on, and the wait is bounded.

Also exposes data.gas_valid, and bumps to 1.0.1 since 1.0.0 is
published.
