Hi there, I'm Nasir Mahmood Abbasi 👋

PhD in Bioinformatics | Creator of The Omics Hub | Specializing in single-cell transcriptomics, tumor microenvironment immunology, and scalable bioinformatics pipelines.


🧬 About Me

I am a Computational Biologist dedicated to bridging the gap between raw sequencing data and actionable biological insights. Recently completing my PhD at the Université de Bordeaux / CNRS, my research focuses on resolving cellular heterogeneity in Sézary Syndrome using advanced single-cell multi-omics (scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, CITE-seq).
